What people are saying about the book, the podcast, and the workshops.
I met Daron when he was a guest speaker at our 1st annual Ariat Dirt World Summit, and I was blown away. Daron was one of the best speakers in our event full of world-famous keynotes. Since that first event, Daron won our Summit Talk competition (similar to Ted Talk) and the audience voted him #1 out of over 100 nominations. We’ve had Daron speak at every event we’ve held since that time, and our best customers have hired Daron to speak earning rave reviews. Daron is an incredible speaker and an even better human. And his book brought me to tears.

Daron Earlewine and The Purpose Paradigm took our team’s mentality and approach to relationship building with one another and not only heightened our awareness to celebrate each other’s differences, but also furthered developed and encouraged every member on our team to become a leader. Through the Paradigm, we have clarified each other’s strengths and highlighted the need of having everyone’s input within the program. This Purpose Paradigm will be a staple in the Avon High School Girls’ Soccer Program moving forward!

Awesome job! The Walk Through was actually a Break Through for me!
Thank you!

Daron, I wanted to say thank you for your podcast and book. I enjoyed your book and listening to the podcasts! I am catching up on podcasts and was listening to one of the Resurrection of Hope podcasts and you gave the definition of Israel, wrestling with God, and made me think that I am not alone in my wrestling with God. This has been going on way before me. It reinforces that God is a loving God, patient, and full of Grace.
Through all of my mistakes, he still loves me and accepts me. What peace in knowing that.
Thanks again!
Eric J.
Our team really truly enjoyed our time with Daron. Every person on the team was able to learn and grow in so many ways. We learned so much about ourselves and one another and we were able to become a better and closer team because of our time with Daron.
Personally, I have been through many similar exercises in 20-some adult years of ministry and development through various teams and staff. This was different.

Just wanted to drop you a note to say Thanks/Job Well Done on the “Death of a Dream” book. Our KingsMen Group read it last month and had tremendous discussions. (We all agreed it’s worth another read in the near future) I know the book will speak to everyone, but I think it’s a particularly powerful topic/message among men.
I’m paying greater attention to what God is doing in my life and excited about where We are headed. Thanks for the reminder that He’s there with me in failure AND success – all with a purpose and a vision!

I didn’t have any particular motivation when I started reading the book, but funny God’s timing in how I started getting into it shortly before I would experience the death of a dream I had never consciously embraced.
Thank you so much for tackling this difficult and critical concept, and for your vulnerability to invite us into this concept in a gentle, loving, relatable, hopeful way. Your book has been a desperately needed companion as I continue seeking out how God ultimately wants to use this (and previous) pain to build His Kingdom in and with me. 🙏

I saw that you had written a book from your IG story/post. I honestly ordered your book simply to support you and your ministry. I started reading it and got punched right between the eyes by God… in a good way.
The chapter on forgiveness was monumental. I needed to forgive a lot. That was not something that I had even considered but it was very freeing. Very early in that chapter I stopped and prayed for forgiveness and gave forgiveness. It was huge.

As you aptly stated in your book…reflection; prayer for God’s peace, wisdom, and grace; renewed forgiveness for those who hurt me and my family; discernment and guidance in where I go from here; and intercessory prayers for my Family and Loved Ones…was very uplifting. Thank You for following God’s Spirit and writing this book.

Just finished!! Great book!
Fave chapter was 13: Woven, not Wasted. Chapter 15: Forgiveness brought me to tears. Chapter 17: The Courage to Dream Again really had the tears flowing good! Especially when I put on the Cory Asbury song Crashing In. Awesome job my friend!! 👏🏼 👏🏼”

I just wanted to thank you for taking the time to write it and to share your story with all of us. Currently, I am praying that so many more people will read it and I will be giving as many copies to people as I can. Thank you, Daron.

OUT NOW!
The Death of a Dream helps believers rediscover their trust in God, their courage to dream again, and their joy in the journey.
Written for all ages, The Death of a Dream is for those who have followed their dreams only to watch them die. Daron Earlewine intermingles the birth, death, and resurrection of his dreams with the biblical story of Joseph—a parallel that inspires observations about God’s ultimate dreams for his people and the world.
The Death of a Dream shares Daron’s story with humor, self-effacing honesty, and a genuine longing for readers to rediscover their passions, allowing pain to be a teacher and God to be the best possible Collaborator.
